Ecommerce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Conditions Policy (“Policy”), effective May 1, 2020, applies to all Online Marketplace Sellers (“Seller” or “Sellers”) and to all Gold Eagle Co. brands, including, but not limited to, 104+ Performance®, 303 Products®, AlumAseal®, Diesel Power!®, Gold Eagle®, Golden Touch®, HEET®, Hot Shot’s Secret®, No Leak®, STA-BIL®, and TriNova®.

As distributors and resellers, you rely upon the outstanding reputation of the Gold Eagle Brands in your decision to carry our products, and your customers and consumers look to the Gold Eagle brands for premium products. The reputation of Gold Eagle can and will be damaged if the Gold Eagle brands are perceived by consumers as a discounted, or off-price, brand. For that reason, we have determined that it is in the best interest of Gold Eagle to only partner with distributors and resellers who choose to sell our products at or above the Gold Eagle Electronic Minimum Resale Price (EMRP) on any and all online marketplaces.
Our EMRP Policy is monitored and enforced by MAP Services Corp.

Since 2016, TriNova® has developed world class cleaners, conditioners, and surface protectants. As distributors and resellers, you rely upon the outstanding reputation of the TriNova® brand in your decision to carry our products, and your customers and consumers look to the TriNova® brand for premium products. The reputation of TriNova® can and will be damaged if the TriNova® brand is perceived by consumers as a discounted, or off-price, brand. For that reason, we have determined that it is in the best interest of the TriNova® brand to only partner with distributors and resellers who choose to sell our products at or above the TriNova® Minimum Advertised Price.
Our MAP Policy is monitored and enforced by MAP Services Corp.

This is where the Minimum Price is noted for each SKU, as well as product specs, features and benefits, descriptions, and images, along with a host of other information that will be useful in creating and maintaining product listings that abide by our SOP.
