DON’T FAIL THE BAG TEST – If you’ve never used a fine clay system before on your cars, the difference is incredible. This simple tool beats most equipment in terms of removing brake dust and embedded metal. A soap cannon for foam is fun, but no gel wand can do the work of a good clay bar. If you are skeptical: take a common plastic bag, and put your hand inside before running it over the surface of your paint. It will be rough, even if you just washed the car. After clay: smooth as glass!

DIRECTIONS:

Wash and dry your vehicle
Spray an area no larger than 2 square feet with the clay lubricant (quick detailer)
Gently rub the clay bar back and forth across the wet area. It will stick at first, pulling up contaminants embedded in your paint. When the bar glides freely, the surface is clean.
Wipe the area with a microfiber towel to remove any clay residue, and reshape the clay as needed to expose a clean surface.
Repeat the steps until you’ve cleaned your entire car, and feel free to treat glass and chrome as well.
To store the clay, spray once with the lubricant to moisten – and place inside an air-tight plastic bag.

I also liked how easy this kit was to use on my car; simply spray the clay lubricant, start using your clay and wipe clean of any clay residue. The clay can he molded back a bit so that you can save the rest for later, just spray the clay a little with the clay lubricant and put it into a container or a nicely sealed bag! I love how shiny my car looks now compared to before I used it, it almost looks brand new again! This will be something easy to keep up with every so often to keep my car looking nice!

He has been looking for a way to increase the amount of care put into our vehicles for a while now. He had been watching YouTube videos and had seen some people who had awesome results (and some people who had awful results) with other brands of clay bar kits. We were really impressed by the quality of the finishing spray, microfiber cleaning cloth, and clay bars from Trinova. Not only did this totally revive dingy, cloudy headlights from a 2003 Honda CR-V driven in the snowy climate of upstate NY, it also removed areas of built-up of red clay, overspray, crusted sap, road grease and surface scratches. This was after he had already thoroughly washed the car using foam cannons, and rinsed with a pressure spraying arm. I was totally shocked at the high level of glossy shine that was brought out! We used this on 3 vehicles and 1 boat and it also worked wonders on removing surface scratches from windshields. While some people may be a little scared or intimidated to try a clay bar kit, definitely do it! All you have to do is follow the directions! Just keep the area you are focused on soaking wet, and continue to keep the clay wet as well. I absolutely recommend Trinova Clay Bar Kit to everyone, whether you are a novice in care care or a car detailing enthusiast.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JD10 from Scratches paint I've used other clay bar kits several times before and just tried this clay. I soaked the surface first with the included lubricant and after a couple wipes of the clay bar, I noticed it was scratching and marring the clear coat paint.

I recieved this item to test and let me tell you i have tried tons of clay bars and this is by far one of the best kits ive used. the detailer smells awesome and leaves a very glossy finish. You get 2 bars with this kit and they are large, i have only used half a bar and still have tons of clay left. It removes the contamination from the paint leaving it ready for correction and or sealant. Buy this, i love my kit and this is all i will own.

Well, I was wrong, this is a great kit and would buy it again. I bough a replacement car and the paint was nasty. I used this kit and the paint turned out better then it was new. I will use this kit every time the paint gets nasty or when I go to re-wax the car. You can not go wrong buying this kit, just wash your car first and leave it a little wet in the area you work. Take your time, you will tell when it's clean, just make sure you keep the area your working wet. Your car will love you for this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jennifer Jackson from Handle with care I received this product to try for free and it is wonderful. My husband is the that was happy to use on his van, that he sold. It minimized the deep scratches that were on the vehicle and almost completely removed the minor scratch marks from a Navy Blue paint job on the van. We used it to get rid of a scratch that my husband noticed on his newRed Lincoln MKZ. Using a pea size amount, the scratch came off. This product works on a variety minor scratches that you will find on your vehicle. I haven't tried it on any major scratches, hopefully I never will but it will be interesting to see how well this product works. So needless to say my husband and are making sure we keep the rest of this product safe so we can use it up.
