Usage Directions:

Turn off engine
When radiator is cold, turn heater control to hot
Remove radiator cap and pour contents of bottle directly into radiator
Add coolant to proper level if necessary
Replace radiator cap
Start engine and drive vehicle to seal leaks

Can I use liquid stop leak with no leak. The stop leak has slowed my leak significantly but there is still a little still leaking after 300 miles. The no leak may swell a hose which may be the source of the problem. The leak is near overflow tank.

Hello, No. These two products are not compatible. In order to apply NO LEAK® Radiator Stop Leak, a radiator flush may need to be done. If any of these product do not fully work after driving for more than 200 miles, it is recommended to consult a certified technician as repairs may be needed. After putting stop leak in my radiater my heat thermostat went up to hot. Why did it do that as it was not registering hot before?

I have a small, slow external coolant leak in my 2008 BMW X5. To this point it runs perfect & does not overheat. Is Alumaseal safe for this car? What guarantee is there it won't ruin the water pump, plug something and cause overheating?

my car is a 2000 ford focus and does not have a cap directly on the radiator but has a separate plastic fill reservoir. Is this where i pour the stop leak?

AlumAseal® Radiator Stop Leak can safely be added to the radiator’s reservoir when there is no access to the radiator itself. Please be sure not to overflow the reservoir.
